AT ELEMENTAL STUDIOS

Event Space rental

Located in Portland's King neighborhood, Elemental Studios is situated in a historic 1916 home and offers event space rental by the hour for your corporate retreats, team-building meetings, and small gatherings. Accommodating up to 10 guests, our event space features large windows, hardwood floors, comfortable seating, a formal dining room, and full kitchen access. Rent the space on its own or add on an art workshop to balance work with play (details below)!

What’s included?

  • Set up & breakdown including custodial

  • Full kitchen access and equipment for preparing basic meals

  • Coffee, tea, sparkling water

  • Linens, placemats, plates, bowls, utensils, mugs, and cups

  • Sound system and projector

Rates (includes up to 10 people):

  • Weekdays: $100 per hour (three hour minimum)

  • Weekends: $125 per hour (three hour minimum)

Drawing Or Painting Workshops

Practice drawing or painting techniques with your team in a warm and supportive environment facilitated by a professional artist! All materials and instruction are included, and each participant will get to take their masterpiece home at the end of the session. This workshop is for 4-10 participants. We can help you choose the subject matter!

Rates:

  • Weekdays: $50 per hour per person (two hour minimum)

  • Weekends: $60 per hour per person (two hour minimum)

Ceramics workshops

Learn wheel throwing or handbuilding techniques with your team in a warm and supportive environment facilitated by a professional artist! All materials and instruction are included, and each participant will get to choose one piece for us to finish and fire at the end of the session. This workshop is for 4-10 participants.

What’s included?

  • Setup & breakdown including custodial

  • Professional instruction

  • All supplies and materials

  • One piece per participant will be finished and fired by studio staff, and will be ready for pickup approximately 4 weeks after your workshop date

Rates:

  • Weekdays: $130 per person (includes two hours of instruction - add $50 per person for each additional hour)

  • Weekends: $145 per person (includes two hours of instruction - add $50 per person for each additional hour)

  • Optional add on: Ship pots to you when finished (adds $10 per participant)

Other things to note

We offer a 15% discount on all private event workshops and rentals to 501c3 nonprofit organizations.

Please note that access to our event space and drawing workshops requires navigating 13 steps and is not ADA accessible. Access to our ceramics studio does not require steps but may be challenging to navigate for those with limited mobility. Please inquire about any specific accessibility needs prior to booking.
