MORNING MINDFULNESS


Join us for Morning Mindfulness, a weekly 50-minute mindfulness practice group designed specifically for health & wellness professionals. Morning Mindfulness brings healthcare practitioners together to practice mindfulness and support each other in their self-care practices.

The group is led by Casey Campbell, LPC, a mental health counselor with over 10 years of mindfulness practice experience. Casey is the founder of Elemental Studios, a community art studio that centers wellness and community in art classes, workshops, and membership. Casey is dedicated to supporting healthcare practitioners in their self-care and burnout prevention.

Schedule:

  • Weekly on Tuesdays, 8:00-8:50AM

Details:

Sliding Scale Fee: $20 to $60 per session.
